We were looking for a group, a place to connect with people who’d understand, a safe-space where we can be ourselves, a place to laugh, cry, feel supported, share (if and when WE wanted to), celebrate, and heal.
To feel better, get better, and be welcomed into a community that supported us on this trauma-recovery journey.

Going strong since 2018, our Peer-Support Group meets every week featuring an educational topic, engagement, check-ins, ways to use what’s been covered, guests, sharing from people with lived-experience, and MORE!
